These are the terms and conditions of the company Pawbox, by using the Website or applying for a Pawbox subscription through the Website, you accept the terms and agree to be bound by them. We recommend that you print a copy of these terms, you may of course reach out to us under any circumstances that lead to miss communication or discomfort.
Introduction to Pawbox
Pawbox is a monthly subscriptions service company for your dogs or cats, held by expats. Where we send a packed box from numerous brands (locally and internationally) that contains, toys, treats, accessories and hygiene products that your domestic animals will be excited to receive.

By being a member with Pawbox, you get to try new and exciting products, and it is an excellent opportunity to discover new brands in the market. As a member of Pawbox, we guarantee you a 100% satisfaction from our service, such as cleanliness packaging, good communication with our Golden team (Customer Service) and many different products that you can try for your best friend.
To guarantee your satisfaction to be a part of our family, we would love to have an update if you are dissatisfied from your purchase,whether it's with us or the supplier. An action will be taken immediately to satisfy your needs.
You will first receive a "Greetings Box" once you start your subscription. The box is posted on our website with clear information of the products flavor, nutrition facts, supplier information and their website. Flavors may change in case your pet has any allergies,
2. Application and frequency
Once you have ordered a Pawbox Subscription via the Website, we will confirm the order by sending a message to your entered email address. The agreement between you and Pawbox is only entered into when we confirm in a new e-mail to you that the box has been or will be sent to you. A Pawbox is typically composed of several (6-10) different products that are delivered in one box, they could be special sizes, which includes full size or sample size.
3. When will you receive your box?
Once you have subscribed to become a member, we will ship the "Greetings Box" immediately as a new member.
For our monthly subscription, our send out date will be between 4th and 8th every month.
Deliveries will be made with DAO Home Delivery.

For our webshop orders, the products will be prepared straight away if the order has been placed between Monday to Thursday 9am to 3pm. (Orders on Friday will be dispatched on Monday morning)
The dispatching time and arrival will be informed to you by e-mail and message from the carrier, for both monthly box and webshop. If you wish to receive your package through pickup location, you must inform us through e-mail at [email protected]
Your profile questionnaire is being checked immediately once you have submitted it from our quality team, if your profile is a severe case that contains more than 3 allergies ingredients, we will contact you to inform you that your package may take 5 working days to have extra cautions with our quality team.
4. Price and payment terms
All prices are stated in Danish kroner and are incl. VAT.
Upon purchase, you automatically give Pawbox permission to deduct the subscription amount, until you decide to terminate your subscription with us. It is your responsibility to have a sufficient amount that is equivalent to your purchase, the deduction date for your subscription will be the same day of every month that you have signed up on. If by any mean our financial department were not able to receive your payment, we will contact you immediately either by phone or e-mail to have a clarification.
5. Credit card payment
The payment must be made by credit or debit card.
6. Termination membership (Withdrawal)
If you wish to terminate your membership at Pawbox, simply log in, where you can pause, terminate and manage your membership. We will send you a confirmation of your action. Save this confirmation that you have terminated. You can cancel at any time, and your membership at Pawbox expires at the end of the period you have chosen when you signed up - you must, remember to cancel no later than 5 days before the next monthly box get send out from our warehouse. NOTE: It’s not a valid termination method just to return the Pawbox, or not to pay. You will therefore be liable for the Pawbox return shipping and new shipping.
7. Return
You have up to 14 days full right to return your Pawbox once you have received your first box, if you return a Pawbox product to us after you have exercised your right of withdrawal (mentioned above), we will make a refund as soon as possible and within 14 days from the date we received your return at Pawbox location. We will thus refund the price of the product. We are held responsible of the return if we have not followed your subscription profile questionnaire and will find a great solution to sincerely apologies for this mistake.
NOTE: This does not include allergies that we were not informed of. If you have discovered an ingredient that your pet is allergic from, contact your vet as soon as possible.
If you return a Pawbox product to us for other reasons (eg because you believe the product is defective), we will investigate the returned product and notify you by email within a reasonable time regarding your refund. We usually make a refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date we received information that the purchase is to be canceled. We will thus refund the Pawbox product price and any reasonable expenses you have incurred by returning the product to us.
We recommend that you send the Pawbox back as a package via Post Danmark and that we ask for proof that you have sent the package to us, as you then have documentation that it has been sent in case we have not receive it due to transportation issues.
8. Email Newsletter
Pawbox reserves the right to send e-mails to you when things happen that we believe may be of interest to you.
9. Intellectual Property
Pawbox or our licencors own all intellectual property rights in the website and all materials posted on the website such as design, logo, marketing campaign and descriptions. These rights and materials are protected by copyright and all rights in this regard are reserved.
10. Health and Safety
Since our boxes are taken into consideration with specific needs due to allergies and size, we take full responsibility if our choices are not convenient to your furry friend.
If by any means your domestic animal got any symptoms of sickness due to the products, do contact your vet as soon as possible and when the situation is handled, inform us immediately to have the brand company contact you directly.
